Smart caliper inspection

Dichuan Energy Management (Beijing) Group Co., Ltd. currently offers two types of intelligent pipe internal diameter inspection devices: foam caliper and single body caliper. These innovative technologies are used to conduct pipeline integrity inspections. These ILI tools can analyze the bore reduction points in the pipeline and accurately locate them, identify characteristic points such as welds, elbows and valves within the pipeline,  can recognize and record deformations such as ellipticity, pits, collapses and bending of the pipeline.  Data can be downloaded and analysized to provide detailed reports on the restricted points in the pipeline. The equipment can pass through 30% - 40% of the bore reduction points, which plays a decisive role in determining the direction of the next inspection work and provides cost-saving and guiding suggestions for the operators
